Trilogy at La Quinta is an Active Adult community nestled near the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains in La Quinta, CA.  Situated on 536 acres, the community features the Santa Rosa Clubhouse, a 28,000 square foot facility with full service Day Spa, state of the art fitness equipment, indoor walking/running track, Junior Olympic lap pool, community pool, tennis, Desert Vista Ballroom, cards and billiards room, cyber café, and much, much more.

Whether you reside at Trilogy two weeks a year, or 52 weeks a year, you will feel like you are on vacation.  You will not find a friendlier group of people in the Coachella Valley than the members of Trilogy.  With organized and unorganized clubs and events, the hardest decision you will have is deciding what to do.

Started in 2002, Trilogy was designed and built by Shea Homes.  Unlike most builders who don’t worry about how a community functions 10-15 years after they are gone, Shea went to great detail to create a home and community that is going to benefit its members for years to come.  Trilogy homes were not only Enviroments for Living® certified, but 335 homes were Shea Certified Green®, and 120 homes included a 3kW Solar Energy System.  In total, Trilogy consists of 13 different floor plans situated on 1,238 home sites.  One third of the homes are adjacent to the golf course and about 35% of the homes also include a casita, or guest house option.  DRE # 01525599.
